Walking With Wounded Children

Miriam and Margaret were able to attend the Petra Walking With Wounded Children Course in White River, South Africa, thanks to the assistance of Petra who sponsored the program.

The vision is to be able to offer the course to Children's Workers in Kenya and East Africa.  Miriam and Margaret are also planning to attend the tutor course in October at Petra Mountain.

The course is very practical and includes experiential learning with hurting children.  What a wonderful way to learn - when children are also being helped as part of the process. We congratulate Petra and its mentors who, with open and honest hearts, have made an impact on us which will in turn impact the children's workers and children in East Africa.
